Meet & Greet:

$25.00

To ensure everyone's safety and compatibility with the HDSS daycare pack, all dogs, whether new or returning after a year, must attend a meet and greet before joining daycare or boarding. This assessment evaluates your dog's play style and suitability for group play. The meet and greet is mandatory to ensure our environment is suitable for your pet.

Cancellations:

Please notify us promptly to allow customers on our waiting list to take your spot.
All daycare reservations must be canceled by 9am the day before.
Holiday stays not canceled within 14 days of your pet's boarding start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Pick-Up/Drop-Off:

Reservations are required during our posted hours.
Check-out time for boarding is 11am. A daycare fee will apply for check-outs after 11am.
Full payment is required at the time of check-out.

bOarding & Daycare Requirements:

Before participating, dogs must be in good health with no contagious illnesses, on monthly flea control, and must complete a Meet & Greet session. Additionally, owners must sign all agreements on their client profile.

Feeding:

We strongly advise owners to bring their pet's own food. We have facilities including a fridge, freezer, and microwave for preparing and storing specialized meals. If you opt not to bring your pet's food, we provide Blue Buffalo chicken and rice at a cost of $6.00 per day.

Medication:

We are pleased to assist with administering any medications your pet needs during their stay with us. Please provide us with the medication name, dosage, and detailed administration instructions.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE AND POLICIES:

We observe the following holidays:

New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.

Holiday Boarding Surcharge:

A $10 per day surcharge applies for holiday boarding, including 2 days before, the holiday itself, and 2 days after.

Holiday Reservations:

Reservations require a deposit at booking, refundable if canceled at least 14 days before boarding starts.

Operating Hours on Holidays:
8am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm.
